Shipping Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

Thank you for your order with Valor Forge Tactical. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and in mission-ready condition. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Note: High-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches) may result in processing times of up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience during peak periods.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Valor Forge Tactical ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The following rates and estimated delivery windows apply to standard domestic orders:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimated windows are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed.

3. Free Shipping

Valor Forge Tactical offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met.

Free shipping is not available on the following:

• Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes via carriers that do not service them

• Orders requiring hazardous materials handling

• Oversized or freight-class items, which may incur additional carrier surcharges

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via the following carriers, selected based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)

• UPS

• FedEx

Valor Forge Tactical reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order. If you have a strong preference for a specific carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will accommodate where possible.

5. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Military Addresses

We are proud to support our service members. Valor Forge Tactical ships to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note:

• Standard shipping rates apply to APO/FPO addresses

• Delivery to military addresses may take 2–4 weeks depending on the destination

• Expedited and overnight shipping are not available for APO/FPO addresses

• P.O. Boxes are supported via USPS only

6. International Shipping

At this time, Valor Forge Tactical ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military addresses only. International shipping is not currently available.

We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us at support@valorforgetactical.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment is picked up.

To track your order, you may also:

• Log into your Valor Forge Tactical account and view order history

• Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number directly

• Contact our support team at support@valorforgetactical.com with your order number

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:

• Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before discarding any materials

• Email support@valorforgetactical.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos

• Do not discard the packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim

We will work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package:

• Check with neighbors, building management, or any secure delivery locations on your property

• Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off

• Contact your local carrier facility with your tracking number

• If the package is confirmed lost after 5 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf

Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders. To add signature confirmation to your order, contact us before your order ships.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Valor Forge Tactical is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@valorforgetactical.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Changes to This Policy

Valor Forge Tactical reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically.
