These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Strong World Digital LLC, doing business as Valor Forge Tactical ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at valorforgetactical.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including images, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

Colors and textures of products may appear differently on your screen depending on your display settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent exact dimensions, color, or finish.

Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We may cancel or refuse orders that we believe are fraudulent, placed in violation of these Terms, or placed in connection with a prior account dispute.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Valor Forge Tactical does not store full payment card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of our payment processor.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected based on the shipping destination in accordance with state and local tax laws. Tax amounts are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to order confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Tactical gear and equipment must be used in accordance with applicable laws and in a safe and responsible manner. Valor Forge Tactical is not responsible for injury, property damage, or legal liability arising from the improper, negligent, or unlawful use of products purchased through our Site.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the ownership, possession, and use of tactical equipment.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valor Forge Tactical, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Site

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights

• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

• Your purchase or use of any product acquired through the Site

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@valorforgetactical.com.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Jurisdiction

To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for the resolution of such disputes.
